The first attempt at a general membership meeting was scheduled for November 15. This drew too few members for a quorum, so a second meeting was scheduled for November 29. The second meeting was a success and the club has now elected a new Board of Directors for 2001.

In parting would like to thank the 2000 Board for their generosity and good humor. These positions are a lot of work. And I would especially like to thank Heidi Alley and Bruce Boyes for filling two of the vacated positions this year.

While you’re hibernating this winter take a few minutes to write-up a particularly good or exciting flight this past season. I’d love to see more pictures. Or maybe write-up a change you would like made to the club. Send these things in to the newsletter and/or the web site. Your input makes a difference!
