DUTY OFFICER LIST
1-34 ACCIDENT Our 1-34 was severely damaged during a landing accident at the Heber Valley Airport. The pilot was not injured. It is assumed the insurance company will consider it a total loss and settle with us for the insured value. We would like input from the membership in regard to what a suitable replacement might be made. NEPHI SOARING Several members of Utah Soaring Association have been flying their gliders from Nephi Airport the last two months. An excellent place to fly, with tows averaging approximately 1600 ft. great cross country potential even on marginal soaring days. At this time, tows are by appointment, but we are working toward a more stable situation for next season. We are also considering ground launch capabilities to be in place by next month. Anyone interested in getting their Aero Tow Only restriction removed?
